To ensure a smooth experience, remember: 24hr cancellation notice incurs to a 50% fee, same day/no shows is 100% of your appointment. And being 30min late is the same as a no show which will be a 100% fee. No refunds are offered. Time & products are allocated for you. 3-day concern window (irritation, fall out).
